Palma’s leasing office is open:
Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm – 5pm
Self-guided tour options are available through the website outside of regular business hours.
Palma offers individual leasing, meaning residents are only responsible for their own monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates.
Individual leases run from mid-August through late July.
A guarantor is not required but is recommended. Qualification options include:

– Self-qualification options
Palma will offer reserved parking options. Additional details, pricing, and availability will be released closer to our Grand Opening.
Yes. Palma uses RoomSync, a roommate-matching platform based on lifestyle preferences.
Yes. On-site management and maintenance teams will be available during business hours, with 24/7 emergency maintenance support.
Yes. Palma welcomes pets, including dogs and cats. Breed and weight restrictions may apply.
